Model 100.FF
100 GAL/HR falling film evaporator for continuous solvent recovery
Rated capacity
100 GAL/HR (ethanol)
The 100.FF is the largest member of our falling film evaporator line, rated at 100 gallons of ethanol per hour at 96–99% first-pass recovery efficiency. Fully automated oil and solvent discharge is controlled from a solvent-resistant touchscreen. The system is approved for C1D1 workspaces and requires approximately 80 ft.² of floor space.

Best for
GMP and EU GMP context
GMP is a facility and process standard. It applies to the building, the procedures, the documentation and the people together — no extraction system carries a GMP certification on its own.
The 100.FF Falling Film Evaporator is designed to support EU-GMP facility compliance, as published on its specification source.
What decides whether a system helps or hinders an EU GMP programme is its material selection, hygienic design and the qualification documentation available for it. Our guide to EU GMP cannabis extraction equipment sets out what to look for and which questions to put to any supplier.
It recovers ethanol from miscella after extraction or winterization so the solvent can be reused rather than repurchased.
Room classification for solvent recovery depends on the solvent volumes present and your local fire code — it is a property of the room and facility, not of the machine alone. Your facility code review with the local authority having jurisdiction determines the classification.
The 100.FF Falling Film Evaporator is designed to support EU-GMP facility compliance, as published on its specification source. GMP — including EU GMP — is a facility and process standard: it applies to the building, the procedures, the documentation and the people together, and no extraction system carries a GMP certification on its own.
A current specification sheet for the 100.FF Falling Film Evaporator is available from Decimal Engineering on request, and customers receive access to a standard operating procedure (SOP) library for their equipment. Documentation packages to support IQ/OQ/PQ and facility turnover are available; scope varies by model and configuration.
