Model 75.HX
The 75.HX is Decimal's largest hydrocarbon extraction system, roughly double the scale of the 40.HX and intended for continuous multi-shift production. It runs two cycles per hour at a 5:1 solvent-to-biomass ratio and uses the same C1D1 explosion-proof touchscreen tablet interface as the rest of the HX line. Capacity and utility specifications are confirmed per order.

Best for
GMP and EU GMP context
GMP is a facility and process standard. It applies to the building, the procedures, the documentation and the people together — no extraction system carries a GMP certification on its own.
What decides whether a system helps or hinders an EU GMP programme is its material selection, hygienic design and the qualification documentation available for it. Our guide to EU GMP cannabis extraction equipment sets out what to look for and which questions to put to any supplier.
It runs a light hydrocarbon solvent in a closed loop, recovering the solvent for reuse rather than venting it. Solvent selection and blend are set by your process; confirm compatibility for your configuration with Decimal Engineering.
Hydrocarbon extraction systems are operated in a C1D1-classified extraction room. The classification requirement attaches to the room and the facility, not to the machine alone, so the final determination is made by your local authority having jurisdiction during the facility code review.
GMP — including EU GMP — is a facility and process standard: it applies to the building, the procedures, the documentation and the people together, and no extraction system carries a GMP certification on its own. Whether a system helps or hinders an EU GMP programme comes down to its material selection, hygienic design and the qualification documentation available for it. Contact Decimal Engineering to discuss configuration options for your facility.
A current specification sheet for the 75.HX Hydrocarbon Extractor is available from Decimal Engineering on request, and customers receive access to a standard operating procedure (SOP) library for their equipment. Documentation packages to support IQ/OQ/PQ and facility turnover are available; scope varies by model and configuration.
