In this policy, "Decimal", "we", "us", and "our" refer to MRX Xtractors LLC DBA Decimal Engineered Systems.

Scope: This policy applies to website parts & supplies purchases. Full equipment purchases are governed by the executed proposal, order, purchase agreement, and Terms and Conditions of Sale — NOT by website checkout terms — which control in any conflict. See also our Website Terms of Use.

We aim for satisfaction with your GMP cannabis extraction products and services. This policy applies to website purchases.

Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy covers the following offerings:

  • Website parts & supplies purchases: Returns and refunds are handled as described below.
  • Capital equipment contracts: Purchases of capital equipment are governed by the individual signed sales agreement provided with that equipment. That agreement controls in the event of any conflict with this policy, and the terms below do not apply to it.
  • Consulting & engineering services: Refunds for professional services follow the Services/Subscriptions section below.
  • Charlie AI usage: AI tool access is provided as described in the applicable service terms.
  • Support subscriptions: Support hour packages follow the Services/Subscriptions section below.

1. General Returns

  • Window: 30 days for most items, unused and in original condition.
  • Authorization: Obtain RMA from hi@DecimalEngineered.com.
  • Non-Returnable: Custom GMP items, opened consumables, services (e.g., consulting hours used).

2. Defective/Damaged Items

  • Report within 14 days; we provide prepaid labels and offer replacement or full refund.
  • GMP defects verified for manufacturing issues, not misuse.

3. Non-Defective Returns

  • 15% restocking fee; you pay return shipping.

4. International Returns

  • You pay all costs; no refunds for refused shipments due to regulations.

5. Services/Subscriptions

  • Unused support hours refundable within 30 days, minus fees; used hours non-refundable.

Note on Decimal Equipment: Full equipment purchases are governed by the executed proposal, order, purchase agreement, and Terms and Conditions of Sale provided with the equipment, and by the Equipment Warranty Summary.
