Decimal-manufactured equipment and systems are covered by the applicable limited warranty stated in the customer's purchase documents. Qualifying Decimal-designed and manufactured 304–316 stainless-steel products used under approved operating conditions with ethanol, CO₂, butane or propane may qualify for Decimal's Limited Lifetime Stainless Steel Warranty. Other equipment, systems and components are generally covered by a one-year limited warranty unless different coverage is expressly stated in the applicable order. Third-party ancillary equipment is covered and supported under the original manufacturer's warranty. Freight, return shipping, travel and field labor are excluded unless expressly included in writing.
Some customers negotiate warranty terms that differ from this general summary — for example, a negotiated two-year term. Any such customer-specific warranty terms are order-specific: they apply only to that customer's order and are not a general public warranty offered to all buyers. Do not rely on another customer's terms as applying to your purchase.
