Scope: This policy applies to website parts & supplies shipments. Full equipment purchases are governed by the executed proposal, order, purchase agreement, and Terms and Conditions of Sale — NOT by website terms — which control shipping, freight, and delivery for those orders. We provide reliable shipping for GMP equipment and consumables.

1. Costs and Carriers

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight/dimensions/destination (UPS, FedEx, USPS); we cover insurance.
  • Ships from Canby, OR; no extra handling fees.

2. Discrete Packaging

  • Unmarked boxes for privacy; freight wrapped.

3. Schedule

  • Processed in 2-3 business days; carrier delays not our responsibility.

4. Risk and Inspection

  • Risk passes to carrier upon shipment; inspect within 7 days.
  • For GMP items, report compliance issues immediately.

5. International

  • You pay duties/taxes; no refunds for refused shipments.
  • As a U.S.-based company, you are the importer of record.
